I know the P-01 would be shorter in height and length, but is the grip width and circumference the same on these two pistols. If the answer is yes I think I'll pass. I've read that the grip size of the P-01 is the same as that of a Browning High-Power, but the grip of the 75 B sure seemed bulkier than that. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hoping you have an SP01 or 75. Best I can do is a CZ P-01. Thanks! Any mec-gar 75 mags will “fit” but the other comment about jacking up your ejector is important to consider. Might not be worth it to have 19 rounds instead of 15 — not really a big deal for range days in any case, just bring a sack of mags.
