you could also increase PMC health so their batttles techinically last longer so you can 3rd party at the very least. I did this usings FINS AI Tweaks. if you use that other mod that keeps bots asleep till you get close, that will also help alleviate your issue. i use this combo and find plenty of alive pmcbots1. Deleted everything except for Fin’s AI Tweaks, still had the same issue. Disabled all spawn changes within config for Fin’s AI… that didn’t do it either. Deleting the mod entirely reverts things back to normal and the enemies are back, so it’s definitely something with Fin’s AI mod.

This mod makes the AI more difficult, primarily by making them shoot more often and more accurately. It also adds some more raiders and / or PMCs to the maps and adds more mods to the AI weapons. The end goal is not to try and make offline AI that's as difficult to fight as a player, but rather, since players will end up facing 10+ bots in a ...Fins AI Tweaks or FAIT. I know on the mod page it claims to make the game more difficult, buts its entirely modular. You can tweak and turn off anything about it that you dont want. The difficulty it adds feels natural. Fights are more engaging, AI feel less like aimbot turrets, but push and maneuver around you more. Be warned that it's not as progressive as you think. Once you get above level 15, enemies start running BS, 7n40, Igolnik, BP, and MAI, m80, and m61 ammo; as well as Class 5 helmets and armor. Bosses get spawned with the AI marked for raiders, so far so fine. You can try to deactivate (set it to true) the spawn change in the overwiev of fin´s. This should deactivate all change to spawns from FIN. You don't actually need the mod to adjust those values. In the Fin config editor, there is an option that says "disable all AI changes" which is "false" by default, meaning any change you make in the AI section will apply.
