Those are the smallest articulating 4wd's made by John Deere and CaseIH (in those series of course). I would probably recommend something like a Steiger Panther III or CaseIH 9170 ... The fluid level is up and the clutch filter is new. The tech manual says the lube pressure should be 42 psi with 110 degree oil and 30 with 150 degree oil. I didn't run it long enough to get it up to 110 but 80 degree oil made 60 psi at 2000 rpm. There are no signs of any malfunction other than the warning light.

JD 8640 fuel problems. I have an 8640 that seems to have lost the desire to live. Had to change fuel filters on it the other day and discovered my hand primer was no good. Replaced that and eventually got the tractor started. Thought it was alright, idled fine and would run up to PTO speed just like normal.
