I asked TradeStation but they don't answer which clearing firms they use. They are like "we try every way to find shares to locate". Does someone has experience with this broker? Is their inbuilt short locate tool good enough to find borrowable shares for the daily runners?
They close at 8.00 PM EST, but in the after hours your short locate requests take 30 mins-1 hour completed and many times my requests got rejected. My only complaint is the fact that pre mkt trading opens at 8:00 am EST instead of 7:00 am.
